Laziness galore | FedEx India review from Mumbai, Maharashtra

I ordered a $75 item online. Was classified as semi precious. Fedex picks it up from australia in courier mode and once it reaches me in india, remembers that the customs rules permit only cargo mode. Now they want a transhipment letter for a 1gram item so it gets lost in cargo! Their landlines dont work and their handa and fingers dont allow them to write more an one email per day per 10 employees in one cc mail. Such disciplined communication. The interesting part is when the customer service is called, they say we have been trying to reach you!
